Where do I check in my child?
Elementary check-in is located right outside at the front of the church uder a pergala. . Our team will welcome your family, help with check-in, and show you where your child will go.
What should I expect when we visit for the first time?
When you arrive, a member of our Elementary team will welcome you, help you check in, answer questions, and make sure you know where your child will be going.
Can my child attend if we're visiting Community of Hope for the first time?
Absolutely! We love welcoming new families and want your first experience to feel easy and comfortable.
Safety & Check-In
How do you keep kids safe?
The safety of our kids is a top priority. Our ministry follows church safety procedures/background-check policy/check-in proceduresto create a secure environment for every child.
Who can pick up my child?
Children may only be released according to our established check-out procedures. We match your lable with your child to pick up.
What happens if my child needs me during the service?
If your child needs a parent or guardian, our team will contact you using [either directly or via text].
What do kids do during the service?
Kids experience a combination of Bible teaching, worship, games, small groups, activities, and opportunities to build friendships—all designed specifically for elementary-aged children.
What does my child learn?
Our goal is to help kids understand God's Word, know who Jesus is, and learn how to live out their faith in everyday life.
Attendance & Family Life
Does my child have to attend every week?
No. We understand that family schedules vary. We encourage consistent participation because relationships and spiritual growth develop over time.
What if my child is nervous or doesn't want to stay?
That's completely normal! Our team is experienced in helping kids transition into the environment. Parents are always welcome to communicate concerns with our team.
How can I get involved?
We'd love for parents and other adults to be part of what God is doing in the lives of our kids. If you’re looking for a way to get connected and serve within the church, simply reach out to any of our leaders and let us know you’re interested.
We will be more than happy to help you find a place to serve and get you plugged in where you can use your gifts and be part of what God is doing at Community of Hope Church.
